Select one of the following options, and pressthe OK soft key.• Save & Send: allows you to save a copy ofthe message and then send the message tothe required destination. You can read themessage in your Outbox.• Save: allows you to save the message so thatit can be sent later. You can read the messagein your Saved Msg box.3. Enter a phone number.If you press the Find soft key, you can searchyour Phone book for a number.4. To send the message to multiple destinations,press the Down key and enter another number.Repeat this step to add more destinations. Youcan send the message to up to 10 destinationsat one time.5. When you have finished entering the numbers,press the OK soft key to send or save themessage.Your phone informs you of whether or not themessage was successfully sent, and returns tothe Text MSG menu screen.Inbox (Menu 3-1-2)Your phone can store SMS messages and theircorresponding Caller ID in your phone’s memories.When your memory is full, the screen displays aMessage65text notification and rejects additional incomingmessages until you erase the obsolete ones.When the phone receives a text message, the NewText Message icon ( ) and a text notification withthe call back number appear. Press the Select softkey to view the message immediately.When you access the Inbox menu, a list of thereceived message displays. An icon displayed in thelist means the message’s status:• : displays when you have read the message.• : indicates that a duplicated message.While viewing the message list, press the Up orDown key to scroll to a message and:• Press the View soft key to view the message youwant. The phone displays the contents. Ifnecessary, press the Up or Down key to scanthrough the message.While viewing a message, press the Menu softkey to use the following options:Reply: allows you to send a reply message tothe sender.Forward: allows you to send the message toother people.Call/Save: shows the sender’s number of themessage. Press the key to make a call tothe sender’s phone number. Press the Save softkey to save it.Erase: erases the message from your Inbox.Protect: the Locked option allows you to keepthe message from being deleted. They will notbe erased until you unlock by using theUnlocked option.
