P APER H ANDLING3.4• Store unused media at temperatures between 59 oF and 86 o F(15 oC to 30 o C). The relative humidity should be between 10%and 70%.• Do not load more than 10 sheets of special media into theBypass Tray at a time.• Verify that your labels’ adhesive material can tolerate fusingtemperature of 200 oC (392 oF) for 0.1 second.• Make sure that there is no exposed adhesive materialbetween labels. Exposed areas can cause labels to peel offduring printing, which can cause paper jams. Exposedadhesive can also cause damage to machine components.• Do not feed a sheet of labels through the machine more thanonce. The adhesive backing is designed for one pass throughthe machine.• Do not use labels that are separating from the backing sheetor are wrinkled, bubbled, or otherwise damaged.• Do not use Carbonless paper and Tracing paper. Use ofthese types of paper could result in chemical smells and coulddamage your machine.Loading Paper in the TrayThe paper Tray can hold a maximum of 550 sheets of 20lb(75g)plain paper. For copying or faxing, you can use A4-, letter-, orlegal-size paper only.To load paper, pull open the paper Tray and place paper with theside you want to print facing up.
