Thelast account you accessed is automaticallyactivated for sending or receiving e-mailmessages.For each account, the following options areavailable:Account Name: enter a name for the currentaccount.Connect Name: select one of the profiles set inthe E-Mail Profile menu (Menu 3.9).Name: enter the name to be displayed in youroutgoing messages as the sender name.E-Mail Address: enter your e-mail address.Protocol Type: specify an e-mail protocol type forthe incoming server, either POP3 or IMAP4.Contact your e-mail service provider for moreinformation.For the IMAP4 protocol, you can set whether ornot the phone retrieves e-mails withattachments. You can also select the number ofe-mail headers you want to retrieve.Incoming Server: enter the IP address ordomain name of the server to be used forreceiving messages. Your e-mail service providercan give you this information.
