Phone Settings90Auto Light (Menu 4.7.3)Using this feature, you can specify the time forwhich the backlight is to be used. This feature helpsconserve your battery power.The following options are available.Disable: the backlight is used according to thesetting in the Back Light menu option(Menu 4.7.2); see page 89.Enable: the backlight is used only during thespecified period during the day. Set the start andend times in hours and minutes, using theappropriate number keys.Service Light (Menu 4.7.4)This option allows you to select whether or not theservice light on the folder cover is used and inwhich colour it flashes.Select one of the five colours available. When thephone is ready for use, the service light will flash inthe appropriate colour.If you do not wish to use the service light,select Off.Graphic Logo (Menu 4.7.5)This option allows you to display your operator’slogo instead of its name.Off: the operator name is displayed in idle mode.On: the operator logo stored in your phone isdisplayed in idle mode; if no logo has been stored,the operator name is displayed.Phone Settings91Extra Settings (Menu 4.8)You can turn the automatic redialling or answeringfeatures on or off.The following options are available.Auto Redial: when this option is checked, thephone makes up to ten attempts to redial a phonenumber after an unsuccessful call.Note: The interval between two call attempts varies.Active Folder: when this option is checked, youcan simply open the phone to answer a call.When it is unchecked, you must open the phoneand press a key, depending on the setting of theAnykey Answer option (see below).Anykey Answer: when this option is checked, youcan answer an incoming call by pressing any key,except the key and the Reject soft key. Toreject the call, press the key or the Rejectsoft key.When this option is unchecked, you can only pressthe key or the Accept soft key.To turn a feature... Then press the...On ON soft key.A check mark is displayedin front of the option.Off OFF soft key.The check mark is nolonger displayed.
