4.5.3 we have good reason for believing that anyinformation you have given us is false ormisleading4.5.4 you become insolvent within the meaning ofSection 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986, orbankrupt, or make any arrangement withcreditors or go into liquidation or becomesubject to an administration order or a receiveris appointed over any of your assets or if wehave good reason for believing that you areunable to pay the Charges4.5.5 in addition, we may terminate your Contract atany time after the Minimum Term has expiredby giving you at least one month's writtennotice.termination of your contract by Orange withoutwritten notice4.6 We reserve the right to terminate your contractimmediately at any time in respect of any or all of theDevices owned by you, in whole or in part withoutnotice to you if4.6.1 we have good reason for believing that youhave breached Conditions 6.4.2, 6.4.3, 6.4.4,or 6.4.5, 6.4.8, 6.4.9, 6.4.10, or 6.4.11 or4.6.2 you haven't complied with one or more of theterms of your Contract and do not correct thebreach within 7 days of being asked by us inwriting to do so.termination and Line Two4.7 Termination of your Contract for any reasonconnected with Line One will result in automatictermination of Line Two.5 effect of Termination of the Agreement5.1 When this Agreement is terminated, your Device willbe Disconnected and you will no longer be able touse the Services.what to do after Termination of your Contract5.2 Termination of your Contract is subject to you payingus any money you owe us and us paying you anyreference147terminating your Contract because Orange haschanged its terms4.3 You may also terminate your Contract if we vary itsterms, resulting in an excessive increase in the Chargesor changes that alter your rights under this Contract toyour detriment. In such cases you would need to giveus at least 14 days’ written notice prior to your BillingDate (and within one month of us telling you about thechanges). However this option does not apply if:4.3.1 we have increased the Charges by an amountequal to or less than the percentage increase inthe All Items Index of Retail Prices published bythe Central Statistical Office in the MonthlyDigest of Statistics in any 12- month period; or4.3.2 the variations we have made have beenimposed on us as a direct result of newlegislation, statutory instrument, governmentregulation or licence; or4.3.4 the variation relates solely to an OrangeAdditional Service, in which case you maycancel that Orange Additional Service inaccordance with Condition 15.1.terminating your contract because Orange is nolonger able to provide access to the Network4.4 If, for reasons beyond our control, we are no longerable to provide Network Services, we will at ourdiscretion either:4.4.1 make arrangements for you to be supplied withequivalent Services by another network at noextra cost to you, or4.4.2 accept written notice from you that you wish toterminate your Contract. In such cases we willrefund any pre-paid Charges that have notbeen used up.termination of your Contract by Orange4.5 We may terminate your Contract immediately at anytime in respect of any or all the Devices owned byyou, in whole or in part, by giving you written notice if:4.5.1 you fail to pass any credit assessments whichwe may reasonably consider to be necessaryfrom time to time4.5.2 you fail to pay any of your bills from Orangeon timereference146Samsung Z107 UK D6.qxd 11/24/04 11:16 Page 146
