15 changes to your Contractwe reserve the right to make changes toyour Contract15.1 When you Register you are asked to choose aService Plan and to indicate which Orange AdditionalServices you require. You may switch to a higherService Plan at any time. You may switch to a lowerService Plan as often as you like after 6 monthsfollowing your Connection to the Network. In theevent you do switch Service Plan and add to orcancel Orange Additional Services you must give usnot less than 10 days’ notice before your Billing Date(subject to the terms of any promotional offers youhave accepted). We do, however, reserve the right tovary the terms of this Contract from time to time andto make changes to your Service Plan. Weacknowledge that if we do increase the Charges,withdraw Orange Additional Services or introduce newmandatory Charges - or if your contractual rights areaffected to your detriment - you may terminate yourContract in accordance with Condition 4.3. If you donot give notice within one month of our notifying youof any change(s), you will be taken to have acceptedthe change(s).15.2 In exceptional circumstances a government authoritymay require the reallocation or change of phonenumbers in which case we may have to change yourmobile phone number for the Servicesnew services15.3 We are continuously enhancing our existing Services aswell as adding new services, particularly OrangeAdditional Services. Charges for, and any special termsand conditions attached to, Orange Additional Serviceswill be notified in Customer Communication. The termsof your Contract, including Charges current on the datewhen you take up the offer of any Orange AdditionalService, will apply to it, subject to any specialpromotional offer made by us and accepted by you.reference155what to do if your SIM Card is lost, stolenor damaged12.2 You must inform us immediately if the SIM Cardsupplied to you is lost, stolen or damaged. You willremain liable for all Charges incurred until you do so.We will send you a replacement SIM Card as soonas reasonably practicable, but we reserve the rightto charge you for doing so.your SIM Card and other networks12.3 The SIM Card supplied with your Device enablesthe Device to work on our Network only with theexception of Devices which can access RoamingServices. However, after the Minimum Term we willlift this restriction at your request, provided all yourpayments of Charges are up to date and you paythe current administration charge. The software inthe SIM Card and the Device is either owned by orlicensed to Orange which grants you a non-exclusivelicence to use it for accessing the Services for theduration of your Contract and not otherwise.13 directory and Caller idwhat to do if you want your number toremain private13.1 We will enter your Orange number in Orange and thirdparty directories, and our Network will allow thedisplay of your Orange number on receiving Devices.If you prefer not to allow either of these options,please let us know in writing.
