Samsung iDCS500 DCS (Euro) Keyset User Guide– 19 –(When you are transferring a call to a keyset set for Voice Announce or AutoAnswer, the transferred call will always ring.)Note:• After the called party answers, you may toggle between the calling and calledparties by pressing the TRSF key.• If you receive No More Calls tone, the extension has no key available to re-ceive another call or is in Do Not Disturb mode. Press the TRSF key to returnto the caller.TRANSFER WITH CAMP-ONWhen you are transferring a call to another extension and you receive a busysignal, you may camp the call on to the extension. Simply hang up when youhear the busy signal. The called party will be alerted that a call is waiting forthem.Note: If you receive No More Calls tone, the extension has no key available to re-ceive another call or is in Do Not Disturb mode. Press the TRSF key to return tothe outside caller.TRANSFER TO VOICE MAILThis feature is used to send a call directly to a voice mailbox. Your keysetmust have a programmed VT key. To transfer a call directly to a voice mail-box:1. While on a call, press the VT key and dial the mailbox number.2. Hang up.CALL WAITINGIf an outside call has been camped on to your extension or another extensionhas camped on to you, your keyset will ring and the call that is waiting foryou will flash green.EITHER:• Put your current call on hold. (If your extension has the AutomaticHold feature set, simply press the flashing key to put the call on holdand answer the waiting call. Otherwise, press the HOLD key to hold andthen press the flashing key to answer the waiting call.)
