RS-232C/RS-485 SET SETTINGRS-232C/RS-485 SET settingSettings related to RS-232C and RS-485 serial communication.1 Press the MENU button twice to display the MAIN MENU 2screen.The cursor moves to DISPLAY SET/VIDEO LOSS SET.2 Use the jog dial to move the cursor to theRS-232C/RS-485 SET settings, and then turn the shuttledial clockwise.The RS-232C/RS-485 SET sub-menu appears, and the cursormoves to CONTROL.3 Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.“RS-232C” flashes. Use the jog dial to select either RS-232Cor RS-485.RS-232C SelectionFor connection of the RS-232C terminal of the unit to a computer,please use a special RS-232C cable (sold separately). (See page7.)1 Turn the jog dial to select RS-232C, and then turn theshuttle dial clockwise.The cursor moves to DATA SPEED.2 Turn the shuttle dial clockwise, use the jog dial to select acommunication speed (example: “19200”), and then turnthe shuttle dial clockwise.This completes the setting and the cursor moves toCONTROL.• Communication speeds: 2400, 4800, 9600 and 192003 Press the EXIT/OSD button.The display returns to the normal screen.
