66Turn off the projector and unplug the AC power cord. Let theprojector cool for at least 45 minutes.Loosen the screw and open the lamp cover. Loosen 3 screwsof the lamp and pull out the lamp by using the built in handle.1 Replace the lamp with a new one. Make sure that the lamp isproperly and fully inserted.4Connect the AC power cord to the projector and turn on theprojector.Follow these steps to replace the lamp.5Note:Be sure to insert the lamp in the correct direction.For continued safety, replace with a lamp of thesame type. Do not drop the lamp or touch the glassbulb! The glass can shatter and may cause injury.Allow a projector to cool for at least 45 minutesbefore you open the lamp cover. The inside of theprojector can become very hot.CAUTION CAUTIONWhen the projection lamp of the projector reaches its end of life, the Lamp replacement icon appears on the screen andLAMP REPLACE indicator lights orange. Replace the lamp with a new one promptly. Remove the lamp cover gently.
