User Guide 4-21Job Options TabWindows OperationsWalk to JobsYou can have a job wait until you go to the Operator Panel to print.To walk to a job:1. Select the Job Options tab within your Printer Properties.2. Click Walk to3. Enter the name of the job.4. Click OK.5. Go to the Operator Panel and press Start.Timed JobsYou can have a job printed at a specified time.To time a job:1. Select the Job Options tab within your Printer Properties.2. Click Timed Job3. Click Set Time.4. Enter the desired time.5. Click OK.6. Click OK.Private JobsYou can assign a PIN number to a job. The job will be sent to the printer but not printed untilyou enter the PIN number at the Operator Panel. This helps secure the information printed. Itwill not sit on the printer waiting to be picked up, but will be ready to print as soon as you getthere.To create a private job:1. Select the Job Options tab within your Printer Properties.2. Click Private Job3. Enter the name of the job4. Enter PIN number to be entered at the Operator Panel.5. Click OK.To print a private job:1. At the Operator Panel, press the Menu button.Job Library is displayed.2. Press Select.
