The following commands are used to both move thiscursor to different positions, and to select, replace, and insert data into the finaloutput.4.8.4.1 Send Commands■ Send all charactersF1 Include in the output message all of the characters from the inputmessage, starting from current cursor position, followed by an insertcharacter. Syntax = F1xx where xx stands for the insert character’s hexvalue for its ASCII code. Refer to the ASCII Conversion Chart (Code Page1252), for decimal, hex and character codes.■ Send a number of charactersF2 Include in the output message a number of characters followed by aninsert character. Start from the current cursor position and continue for“nn” characters or through the last character in the input message,followed by character “xx.” Syntax = F2nnxx where nn stands for thenumeric value (00-99) for the number of characters, and xx stands for theinsert character’s hex value for its ASCII code.
