The manufacturer as-sumes no responsibility for damages caused during or resulting from transport, re-ceipt of the delivery, installation, commissioning or use.The manufacturer shall in no event and under no circumstances be held responsiblefor damages and failures resulting from misuse, wrong installation, unacceptableambient temperature, dust, corrosive substances or operation outside the ratedspecifications. Neither can the manufacturer be held responsible for consequentialdamages.The Manufacturer's time of warranty is 18 months from the delivery or 12 monthsfrom the commissioning whichever expires first (General Conditions NL92/OrgalimeS92).The local distributor may grant a warranty time different from the above. This war-ranty time shall be specified in the distributor's sales and warranty terms.
