PRINTING JOBSChecking the HIP job queue statusYou can review the current status of your job by entering thefollowing command:HIP SHOW JOBS [parameter]This command displays the current status of the selected jobs inthe HIP jobs queue as well as the current status of the HIPprocessor. The format of the display depends on the parameter.The following parameter options are available:ABORTED Displays all jobs that have been abortedACTIVE Displays all jobs in the active state: QUEUED,ACTIVE, OQUEUED, or PRINTING.ALL Displays all jobs in all queues.CANCELLED Displays all jobs that have been cancelled.COMPLETED Displays all jobs in a completed state:PRINTED, STORED, SEND, or ABORTED.CONTINUE Continues a previously requested display if alljobs in the queue were not displayed.PAGE[n] Divides the queue up to 20 jobs, which areordered from the oldest completed job tonewest completed job received.PENDING Displays all jobs in the pending state:PENDING or RECEIVING (but not submittedto the operator communications subsystem(OCS)).PRINTED Displays the jobs in the printed state:PRINTED or TRUNCATED.SUMMARY Displays a summary of the job queue.Job queue displayThe job queue display screen consists of two lines of headerinformation, up to 20 lines of jobs status information, and amessage indicating the end of the display. If there are fewerthan 20 jobs in the selected state, only that number displays. Ifthere are more than 20 jobs in the selected state, all jobs are notshown, and the following message displays:HP2145 Enter 'HIP SHOW JOBS CONTINUE' for more.In this case, enter HIP SHOW JOBS CONTINUE to display theadditional jobs.
