3.5 Reduction and EnlargementThe 6030/6050 Wide Format Copier/Printer features a wide range of reductionand enlargement (R/E) options. The two main R/E categories are NormalReduction and Enlargement (Normal R/E) and Reduction and Enlargement byLength and Width (R/E by L&W).Copies made using the Normal R/E selections maintain the same aspect ratio asthe original, that is, the ratio of the length to the width of the copy is the same asthe ratio of the original. The R/E by L&W feature enables the user to set updifferent R/E values affecting the length and/or the width of the copy, therebychanging the aspect ratio of the copy. Examples of both Normal R/E and R/E byL&W appear in the following descriptions.
