Media Types and LoadingXerox 6204 Wide Format Solution 37Product Overview2Cutting Roll MediaThe following describes how to cut the lead edge of the roll media loaded on Roll 1 orRoll 2.1 Open the front doors.2 Pull out the drawer for Roll 1 or Roll 2.3 Press the cutter button to cut the lead edge ofthe media.The lead edge of the media is cut.Important • Do not open the cutter cover for Roll 1 orRoll 2.Note • Pressing the cutter button one time cuts thepaper at a length of 8.3 inches (210 mm).When the cutter button is held down, the mediais continuously loaded until the cutter button isreleased. The media is cut when the cutterbutton is released.4 Remove the piece of paper that was cut.5 Gently slide the Roll 1 or Roll 2 drawer into themachine until it stops and latches.
