9Receiving APRS ® beaconsThis sets the operating frequency of the APRS before receiving a beacon.Setting the APRS operating frequencyThe customary APRS operating frequency differs depending on the region and country.In the USA, the usual operating frequency is 144.39 MHz. Therefore, to begin APRSoperations set the Band B frequency to 144.39 MHz.1 Press the [A/B] keySwitch the operating band to Band B.The APRS will operate only in Band B.
