Always refuel ac-cording to this procedure to reduce therisk of fire and explosion. Gasoline is poisonous and can cause in-jury or death. Handle gasoline with care.Never siphon gasoline by mouth. If youshould swallow some gasoline or inhalea lot of gasoline vapor, or get some gas-oline in your eyes, see your doctor im-mediately. If gasoline spills on yourskin, wash with soap and water. If gaso-line spills on your clothing, change yourclothes.Before refueling, check the following points: Securely moor the boat in a well-ventilatedarea and stop the engine. If the boat is trail-ered, make sure that it is stable. Do not smoke and keep away from sparks,flames, static electric discharge, or othersources of ignition. If you use a portable container to store anddispense fuel, only use a locally approvedGASOLINE container.
