41 EnConfiguring various functions (SETUP menu)English ADVANCEDOPERATION■ Standby (Network Standby)Selects whether the unit can be turned on from othernetwork devices (network standby).■ Network NameEdits the network name (the unit’s name on the network)displayed on other network devices.1 Select “Network Name”.For information on selecting a menu option, refer tothe steps described on page 39.2 Press ENTER to enter the name edit display.3 Use the cursor keys ( / ) to select acharacter and ( / ) to move the editposition.You can insert / delete a character, by pressingPRESET i (insert) or PRESET j (delete).4 To confirm the new name, press ENTER.5 To exit from the menu, press SETUP.■ Update (Network Update)Updates the firmware via the network.BluetoothConfigures the Bluetooth settings.■ On/OffEnables/disables the Bluetooth function (p. 30).■ Standby (Bluetooth Standby)Selects whether to enable/disable the function that turnson the unit from Bluetooth devices (Bluetooth standby). Ifthis function is set to “On”, the unit automatically turns onwhen a connect operation is performed on the Bluetoothdevice.NoteThis setting is not available when “Standby (Network Standby)”(p. 41) is set to “Off”.BalanceAdjusting the sound output balance of the left and rightspeakers to compensate for sound imbalance caused byspeaker locations or listening room condition.Setting rangeL+10 to R+10DefaultCenterMax VolumeSets the maximum volume to prevent excessive loudness.Setting range1 to 99 (1step increments), MaxDefaultMaxOff Disables the network standby function.OnEnables the network standby function.(The unit consumes more power than when “Off”is selected.)Auto(default)Enables the network standby function.
