ACD on theSIP-T46S/T46G IP phone allows the ACD system to distribute large volumes of incoming calls tothe registered ACD users. To use this feature, you should configure an ACD key in advance. Formore information on ACD key LED indicators, refer to LED Instructions.Note ACD is not available by default. Check with your system administrator to find out if this feature isavailable on your phone.Multicast RTP is one way only from the sender to the multicast address(es) (receiver). Foroutgoing RTP multicasts, all other existing calls on the phone will be placed on hold.
