Do not useother liquids.Do not put flammable oralcoholic liquids (grappa, whisky,cognac, etc.) into the waterdrawer.3. Push the water drawer into its initialposition.4. Prepare the food in the correct cookware.5. Set the temperature between 130 °C and230 °C.Steam cooking does not give good resultsin temperatures above 230 °C.WARNING!Wait a minimum of 60 minutes aftereach use of the steam function inorder to prevent hot water fromexiting the water outlet valve.Empty the water tank after the steam cooking iscompleted.CAUTION!The appliance is hot. There is a riskof burns. Be careful when you emptythe water drawer.Water tank indicatorWhen the steam cooking operates, the displayshows water tank indicator. Water tankindicator shows the level of the water in thetank.• - Water tank is full. An acoustic signalsounds when the tank is full. Press anybutton to stop the acoustic signal.• - Water tank is half full.• - Water tank is empty. An acousticsignal sounds when the tank must be refilled.If you put too much water into thetank, the safety outlet moves theexcess water to the bottom of theoven.Remove the water with a sponge ora cloth.Emptying the water tankCAUTION!Make sure that the appliance is coolbefore you start to empty the watertank.1. Prepare the draining pipe (C), included inthe same package with the user manual. Putthe connector (B) onto one of the ends ofthe draining pipe.2.
