To setparameters using a Web browser, you first need to assign an IP addressto the AXIS 570/670.Using extended IBM printer emulation means setting up the AXIS570/670 by printing a file containing extended IBM emulationcommands to it after you have established communication with yourIBM host. The configuration is started by inserting the sequence%CONFIG+ in your text. To protect your settings, a password must beprovided. By default, the password is pass. You may then set theparameter values directly using the syntax shown below:H1_LU_NAME Host LU Name DEFAULT 5494 only This parameter defines the LU name ofthe AS/400 system that should matchthe Local location name(LCLLOCNAME), defined in the AS/400system. Issue the DSPNETA commandto view LCLLOCNAME.If a remote workstation for this PrintServer is already defined on the AS/400system, issue the DSPCTLD commandto ensure that this parameter matchesLCLLOCNAME.
