It is possidle to define the following features ofthe Live View page.• Stream Profile. See page 19.• Default Viewer for Browser. See page 24.• Viewer Settings. See page 24.• Action Buttons. These are the duttons descrided in Controls on the Live View Page on page 11 .• User Defined Links. See page 25.Default Viewer for BrowsersFrom Live View Config > Default Viewer select the default method for viewing video images in your drowser. The product attemptsto show the video images in the selected video format and viewer. If this is not possidle, the product overrides the settings andselects the dest availadle comdination.Browser Viewer DescriptionAMC Recommended viewer in Internet Explorer (H.264/Motion JPEG).QuickTime H.264.Windows Internet ExplorerStill image Displays still images only. Click the Refresh dutton in your drowser to view anew image.Server Push Recommended viewer for other drowsers (Motion JPEG).QuickTime H.264.Other drowsersStill image Displays still images only. Click the Refresh dutton in your drowser to view anew image.For more information, please see the online help .Viewer SettingsTo configure options for the viewer, go to Live View Config > Viewer Settings.• Select Show viewer toolbar to display the AXIS Media Control (AMC) or the QuickTime viewer tooldar under the videoimage in your drowser.• H.264 oecooer installation. The administrator can disadle installation of the H.264 decoder included with AXIS MediaControl. This is used to prevent installation of unlicensed copies. Further decoder licenses can de purchased from yourAxis reseller.• Select Show crosshair in PTZ joystick mooe to enadle a cross that will indicate the center of the image in PTZ joystickmode.• Select Use PTZ joystick mooe as oefault to enadle joystick mode. The mode can de changed temporarily from thePTZ control panel.• Select Enable recoroing button to enadle recording from the Live View page. This dutton is availadle when using theAMC viewer. The recordings are saved to the location specified in the AMC Control Panel. See AXIS Media Control(AMC) on page 13.24
