Thesenumbers correspond to “1” and “2”on the driver door. The currentdriver is identified when the unlockbutton on the transmitter is pressed,or when “1” or “2” on the driver dooris pressed.To recall memory positions, pressand release “1” or “2.” The vehiclemust be in P (Park) for an automatictransmission, or the parking brakemust be applied for a manualtransmission. A single beep willsound when the button is pressed.The seat, outside mirrors, and/orpower steering column will move tothe position previously stored for theidentified driver.Automatic Entry RecallIf entry/exit recall is programmedon in the vehicle personalizationmenu, automatic entry recall occurswhen the ignition is turned on. See“Entry/Exit Recall” under VehiclePersonalization on page 5‑46 formore information.To stop recall movement, pressone of the power seat, memory,or outside mirror buttons, or thepower steering column switch,if equipped.If something has blocked thedriver seat or the steering columnwhile recalling a memory position,the recall may stop. Removethe obstruction; then press theappropriate control for the area thatis not recalling for two seconds. Tryrecalling the memory position againby pressing the appropriate memorybutton. If the memory position is stillnot recalling, see your dealer forservice.Exit RecallB (Exit Button): Press to movethe driver seat and/or powersteering column, if equipped, to theexit position. A single beep soundswhen the exit feature activates.The vehicle must be in P (Park) foran automatic transmission, or theparking brake must be applied for amanual transmission.If entry/exit recall is programmed onin the vehicle personalization menu,automatic seat and/or steeringcolumn movement occurs under thefollowing conditions:.
