See VehiclePersonalization on page 4‑51 formore information.. For vehicles with RemoteKeyless Entry (RKE), automaticexit recall movements occurwhen the ignition key isremoved.. For vehicles with RemoteKeyless Access, automatic exitrecall movements occur whenthe following steps arecompleted:1. The ignition is turned on forvehicles with an automatictransmission, or the engineis started on vehicles with amanual transmission.2. The automatic transmissionis shifted out of P (Park),or the parking brake isreleased on vehicles with amanual transmission.3. The automatic transmissionis shifted back into P (Park),or the parking brake isre-engaged on vehicleswith a manual transmission.4. The ignition is turned off.5. The driver door is opened.Steps 2 and 3 are intended to reflectthat the vehicle has been moved.If the vehicle is not moved or thesteps above are not performed,automatic exit recall movement willnot occur. In this case, press B toactivate exit recall movements.If something has blocked the driverseat while recalling the exit position,the recall may stop. Remove theobstruction; then press and hold thepower seat control rearward fortwo seconds. Try recalling the exitposition again. If the exit position isstill not recalling, see your dealer forservice.
