Open thefirst panel to access keys 25-48. Open thesecond panel to access keys 49-72. Openthe third panel to access the registrationkeys.i (Energy Saver)Press to enter or cancel the Energy Savermode. When the machine is in the EnergySaver mode, the Energy Saver indicatorlights, and the other keys and indicators areturned OFF.j (Copy)Enables the machine to act as a copier, soyou can copy a document.k Speaker Volume SwitchAdjusts the speaker’s volume.l (Clear)Clears an entire entry during informationregistration.m (Stop)Cancels sending, receiving, dataregistration, and other operations, andreturns the machine to the Standby mode.n (Start)Enables you to start sending, receiving,scanning, and copying documents.o Error LampA light that blinks red when a paper jamoccurs or the machine has run out of paperor toner. The error is described by amessage that appears on the LCD display.p In Use/Memory LampA light that blinks green when the machineis transmitting or receiving documents, ormaintains a steady green light when thereare documents stored in memory.q Numeric KeypadUse the keys on the numeric keypad toenter telephone numbers when dialing.These keys are also used to enter text,numbers, and symbols when registeringnames and numbers.r (Hook)Enables you to dial, even when the handsetis still on the handset cradle.s (Coded Dial)Press (Coded Dial), followed by a threedigit code to dial the telephone numberregistered for coded speed dialing.t (Redial)Redials the previous number dialedmanually with the keys on the numerickeypad.1 2 3▲▲C
