The Activity Report or the ActivityManagement Report prints a list of the past 40 transactions, and other reports reportinformation about transactions as they occur.Here is a summary of some of the abbreviations used in activity reports:ST. TIME: Represents the time the last attempt was made to transmit adocument.TIME USE: Represents the amount of time it took during the last attempt totransmit. Note that the usage time does not reflect the total amount oftime used to transmit all pages of the document when a retry attemptoccurs. By printing an Activity Management Report and matching thetransaction number of the TX Report with the transaction number onthe Activity Management Report, you can know exactly how manyattempts were made to send the document, how many pages weresent during each attempt, and the usage time for each attempt. Theusage time is printed in the column of the ActivityManagement Report along with any error codes. Two types ofActivity Management Reports are available, Standard or TX/RXSeparate. (See “Report Settings”, on p. 11-10.)PGS.: Represents the total number of pages that were successfullytransmitted.RESULT: means all pages were transmitted either during the firstattempt or after the first or second redialing attempt. The default,which is two redialing attempts, can be changed. (See “Setting UpRedialing”, on p. 3-22.) means that either some or no pages were transmitted aftertwo redialing attempts.
