Testing and repair by a DAIKINheating expert.Timer programme settings● Check the switching times, provide adequately longactive times.● Activate the heat retention function to preventcomplete cooling down.● Increase the heat retention function set value (hotwater heat pump starts at parameter [0-02] -Hysteresis).The power company has sent the high-costsignal.● Wait for the next low-tariff signal which will switch thehot water heat pump to normal operating mode again.Only with external heat generator: Externalheat generator has been set with priority overthe heat pump, but cannot deliver adequateheat supply.● Check parameter [7-00], adjust if necessary.● Check settings of external heat generator.Only with EKHHP 500 with optional externalheat generator: Optional external heat gener-ator switched in, but cannot guarantee ade-quate heat delivery.● Check heat delivery by the optional auxiliary heater,increase if necessary.Incorrect sensor values transmitted to thecontroller. ● Testing and repair by a DAIKIN heating expert.Hot water does not warmupSystem switched off (nothing on display, oper-ation LED on) ● Switch system on (button ).Draw-off rate too high.● Reduce the draw-off rate, limit throughput.● Check operating mode, select a different operatingmode, if necessary (e.g. "High Output").Installation is in standby because of the switchtimer programming● Check programmed switch times.● Deactivate switch timer programme.Settings for high/low tariff mains connectiondo not correspond to the electrical connec-tions.● HT/NT function is active and the parameter [7-00] isset incorrectly.Other configurations are also possible.
