Configuring System Information 71Defining System Time SettingsThe Time Synchronization page contains fields for defining system time parameters for both the localhardware clock, and the external SNTP clock. If the system time is kept using an external SNTP clock,and the external SNTP clock fails, the system time reverts to the local hardware clock. Daylight SavingsTime can be enabled on the device. The following is a list of Daylight Time start and end times inspecific countries:• Albania — Last weekend of March until the last weekend of October.• Australia — From the end of October until the end of March.• Australia - Tasmania — From beginning of October until the end of March.• Armenia — Last weekend of March until the last weekend of October.• Austria — Last weekend of March until the last weekend of October.• Bahamas — From April to October, in conjunction with U.S. summer hours.• Belarus — Last weekend of March until the last weekend of October.• Belgium — Last weekend of March until the last weekend of October.• Brazil — From the 3rd Sunday in October until the 3rd Saturday in March. During the period ofDaylight Saving Time, Brazilian clocks go forward one hour in most of the Brazilian southeast.• Chile — Easter Island 9th March 12th October.
