614-40096-00 37••••••Conditions Possible cause ActionThe Remote Power Off (RPO) switch is active orthe RPO connector is missing.If the UPS Status menu displaysthe "Remote Power Off" notice,deactivate the RPO input.7.2 Silencing the alarmPress the ESC (Escape) button on the front panel display to silence the alarm. Check the alarm condition and perform theapplicable action to resolve the condition. If the alarm status changes, the alarm beeps again, overriding the previousalarm silencing.7.3 Service and supportIf you have any question or problem with the UPS, call Eaton or your local service representative in your country / region.Please have the following information ready when you call for service:Model numberSerial numberFirmware version numberDate of failure or problemSymptoms of failure or problemCustomer return address and contact informationIf repair is required, you will be given a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number must appear on theoutside of the package and on the Bill Of Lading (if applicable). Use the original packaging or request packaging from theHelp Desk or distributor. Units damaged in shipment as a result of improper packaging are not covered under warranty. Areplacement or repair unit will be shipped freight prepaid for all warrantied units.For critical applications, immediate replacement may be available.
