June 1985.)How to setthe oven forconvectionbaking orroastingTo avoid possible burns, place the shelves in the correctposition before you turn on the oven.1 Press the CONVECTION BAKE orCONVECTION ROAST pad.2 Press the number pads to set the desired oventemperature.3 Press the START pad.To change the oven temperature, press theCONVECTION BAKE or CONVECTIONROAST pad and then the number pads to setthe new temperature.When the oven starts to heat the changingtemperature, starting at 100°F., will bedisplayed. When the oven reaches thetemperature you set, 3 beeps will sound.4 Press the CLEAR/OFF pad when finished.NOTE:• You will hear a fan while cooking with convection.The fan will stop when the door is opened but the heatwill not turn off.• You may hear the oven clicking during baking.
