Corrosion can form undersuch flecks. Special stainless-steel clean-ing agents are available from customerservice or from specialist retailers.Aluminum Clean with a mild window cleaningagent. Using a window cloth or a lint-freemicrofiber cloth, wipe over the surfaceslightly in a horizontal direction.CookingcompartmentHot soapy water:Clean with a dish cloth and dry with asoft cloth.Do not use oven spray and other aggres-sive oven cleaners or abrasive materials.Scouring pads, rough sponges and pancleaners are also unsuitable. These itemsscratch the surface.Always dry the cooking compartmentafter cleaning (see "Drying program"chapter).For regular care of the stainless steelcooking compartment, use cleanseraccording to the manufacturer's instruc-tions (order number 00667027 from cus-tomer service or in the online shop).NOTICE: Undissolved detergent causesflecks when heating up.
