All connections must betorqued to specification during installation. Refer toSpecifications,Hydraulic Hose and Fitting TorqueSpecifications.How to T est the Hydr aulic PumpHow to Test the Hydraulic Pump1 Connect a 0 to 5000 psi / 0 to 350 barpressure gauge to test port #1 (TP1) on thefunction manifold.2 Remove the platform controls from theplatform and place the controls near thefunction manifold on the tank side of themachine.3 Steer the machine fully to the right or left andhold. Note the pressure reading on thepressure gauge. Refer to Specifications,Hydraulic Specifications.How to R emove the Hydr aulic PumpHow to Remove the HydraulicPump1 Tag, disconnect and plug the hydraulic hoseson the pump. Cap the fittings on the pump.Bodily injury hazard. Sprayinghydraulic oil can penetrate andburn skin. Loosen hydraulicconnections very slowly to allowthe oil pressure to dissipategradually. Do not allow oil tosquirt or spray.2 Remove the pump mounting bolts. Carefullyremove the pump.Component damage hazard.After replacing the hydraulicpump, it is critical to return the liftand drive speed settings tooriginal factory specifications.Refer to Specifications,Performance Specifications.
