Activate calibrationmode by moving the toggle switch in the leftdirection.2 Temporarily install a control box door retainingfastener between the door and the box toprevent the control box door from moving thetoggle switch while calibrating the machine.3 Turn the key switch to ground controls and pullout the ground controls red Emergency Stopbutton to the on position.4 Loosen the steer angle sensor cover retainingfasteners. Do not remove the fasteners or thesensor cover.5 Using a voltmeter set to DC voltage, probe theback of the electrical connector at pins B andC.6 Left front (square-end, blue side) and rightrear (circle-end, yellow side) anglesensors: Rotate the sensor cover clockwiseor counterclockwise until the voltage readingis between 1.4 to 1.6V DC. Tighten the sensorcover fasteners.Right front (square-end, yellow side) andleft rear (circle-end, blue side) anglesensors: Rotate the sensor cover clockwiseor counterclockwise until the voltage readingis between 3.4 to 3.6V DC. Tighten the sensorcover fasteners.Note: If available, WebGPI can also be used forthis procedure.7 Remove the key from the main key switch.Insert the key into the bypass/recovery keyswitch and turn it to the bypass position.Note: The angle sensor calibration values will notbe saved correctly unless the key switch is in thebypass position and the calibration toggle switch isactivated.8 Push in the red Emergency Stop button to theoff position.
