3 - Description54FiltersFilters on your sprayer are there to protect the components and prevent nozzle clogging.An EasyClean suction filter is fitted in the working zone on the sprayer’s right side.A Cyclone pressure filter is fitted in the working zone on the sprayer’s right side.In-line pressure filters can be fitted at each boom section.Nozzle filters are fitted at each nozzle.A coarse filter is located below the top cover for the main tank. ATTENTION! All filters should always be in use and their function should be checked regularly. Pay attention to thecorrect combination of filter and mesh size. For more, see the chapter “Technical Specifications” in this book. ATTENTION! Always run your sprayer with cleaned filters to ensure proper functions and to protect the interior of thepump and valves.EasyClean FilterThis filter collects impurities, when liquid is being sucked out of the maintank by the main pump.To ensure proper function of the filter and its built-in valve, the filtermust be opened at least once every month. A label on the lid alsodesignates this.Besides the spray pressure gauge a clogging indicator is installed. Thisworks as a vacuum gauge for the filter during operation - the pointermoves from green towards red, if the filter starts clogging.Clogging indicator Filter conditionGreen area 70 - 100 % capacity.No cleaning necessary.Yellow area 55 - 70 % capacityIt is possible to finish an ongoing spray joband then clean the filter afterwards.Red area 0 - 55 % capacityClean the filter immediately, as it is cloggedtoo much for proper function.
