She has experience as an iSeries Systems Engineer and currentlyprovides iSeries pre-sales technical marketing support.Louis Cuypers, iSeries Technical Support Specialist, has been with IBMBelgium for 28 years. He specializes in technical support and problemdetermination hardware and software for the iSeries server.
