TK-5210 (G)13DISASSEMBLY FOR REPAIR■ Removing the TX-RX PCB (X57-765 A/3) fromthe chassis1. Remove the 14 screws o.2. Remove the universal connector FPC from the TX-RXPCB connector (CN505) !0.3. Insert the two tips of a pair of tweezers into the twoholes in the bottom of the shield plate of the TX-RX PCB,firmly squeeze the tweezers to hold the shield plate,then remove the TX-RX PCB !1.4. Remove the coaxial cables from the connector (MAIN(CN101), UNIV (CN102) of the TX-RX PCB !2.CN505MAIN(CN101)88888 88TX-RX PCBChassisUniversalconnector FPCUNIV(CN102)■ Removing the top panel from the chassis1. Remove the volume knob !3 and channel knob !4.2. Remove the concentric switch knob !5.3. Remove the volume torque-up packing !6 using a pair oftweezers.4. Remove the nuts from the volume knob, channel knoband antenna receptacle.5. Remove the top panel !7.Note:• Before removing the top panel, set the lever switch tothe “●” position (circle painted in white) !8.• Each of the volume knob, channel knob and antenna re-ceptacle on the top panel has an O-ring. Take care not tolose them after removing the panel.O-ring Sheet■ Removing the TOP PCB (X57-765 B/3) from thechassis1. Remove the two screws !9.2. Lift the TOP PCB and remove the VOL/CH FPC @0 andCONTROL-TOP FPC @1 from the two connectors (CN902,CN903) of the TOP PCB.CN902TOP PCBCN903Precautions for Reassembly■ Installing the VOL/CH FPC and CONTROL-TOPFPC on the TOP PCB1. Remove the volume q and channel switch w from thechassis.2. Pass the coaxial cable e of the antenna receptaclethrough the round hole of the hardware fixture r, theninsert it into the coaxial connector (MAIN (CN101)) of theTX-RX PCB.MAIN(CN101) .;
