This could cause an injury.Lock the handle in the raised position by pushing in thestopper pin.1234012586To remove the blade, use the hex wrench to loosen the hexsocket bolt holding the center cover by turning itcounterclockwise. Raise the blade guard and center cover.12345012587Press the shaft lock to lock the spindle and use the hexwrench to loosen the hex socket bolt clockwise. Thenremove the hex socket bolt, outer flange and blade.NOTE:• If the inner flange is removed be sure to install it onthe spindle with its protrusion facing away from theblade. If the flange is installed incorrectly theflange will rub against the machine.1 2 34 50127191 2 3 4011244To install the blade, mount it carefully onto the spindle,making sure that the direction of the arrow on the surfaceof the blade matches the direction of the arrow on theblade case. Install the outer flange and hex socket bolt,and then use the hex wrench to tighten the hex socketbolt (left-handed) securely counterclockwise whilepressing the shaft lock.Return the blade guard and center cover to its originalposition. Then tighten the hex socket bolt clockwise tosecure the center cover. Release the handle from the raisedposition by pulling the stopper pin. Lower the handle to makesure that the blade guard moves properly. Make sure theshaft lock has released spindle before making cut.Dust bag (accessory)1 23011304To attach the fastener, align the top end of the fastenerwith the triangular mark on the dust bag.The use of the dust bag makes cutting operationscleaner and dust collection easier. To attach the dust bag,fit it onto the dust nozzle.When the dust bag is about half full, remove the dust bagfrom the tool and pull the fastener out.
