Press the tabs on both sides of the metal slot cover (ifinstalled in the chassis to cover the empty slot) and set theslot cover aside.7. Install the device (see “Installing a 5 1/4-Inch Device”).Replacing the Front PanelIf you remove a 5 1/4-inch device from your system, youneed to cover the opening in the front panel with a blankpanel.
