The telephone system and PC are connected by installing an adapter on the telephonemultiline terminal, allowing the PC user to access sophisticated communications services via thetelephone lines.ConditionsP A maximum of 128 1st Party CTI over ethernet connections is supported. Any DesktopApplications connections will take away from the 128 maximum connections.P Caller ID and Call status are available from the TAPI interface functions.P Only one 3rd Party CTI connection to the SV8100 is supported. If a SV8100 system hasUCB (Unified Communications for Business), then the 3rd Party Shared Services feature ofSV8100 Desktop Applications cannot be used.
