The types of Call Forwarding are:R Call Forwarding when Busy or UnansweredCalls to the extension forward when busy or unanswered.R Call Forwarding – CentrexWhen using PBX/Centrex trunks, calls to the extension perform a Centrex transfer using Immediate,Busy and No Answer Forwarding.R Call Forwarding ImmediateAll calls forward immediately to the destination, and only the destination rings.R Call Forwarding with both RingingAll calls forward immediately to the destination, and both the destination and the forwardedextension ring (not for Voice Mail).R Call Forwarding when UnansweredCalls forward only if they are unanswered (Ring No Answer).R Call Forwarding Follow MeRefer to Call Forwarding with Follow Me on page 2-161 for more information.R Personal Answering Machine EmulationAllows the extension to emulate an answering machine. An extension user can also set theforwarding for another extension by using Call Forward for any Extension to Destination. To redirect callswhile a user is at another telephone, use Call Forwarding with Follow Me. A periodic VRS announcementcan remind users that their calls are forwarded.ConditionsP Virtual Extensions can be set to Call Forward. Program 15-02-21 must be set to a 1 to allowthe Virtual Extension to place outgoing calls.P If an extension in a call forward chain has Call Forward with Both Ring or Call Forward withFollow Me set, calls do not continue routing to other extensions in the chain.
