Oncesettings have been adjusted to your satisfaction, remove the rubbereyecup and cover the viewfinder with the supplied eyepiece cap toprevent light entering via the viewfinder interfering with photographsand exposure (0 70).Before choosing a starting time, select Time zone and date in thesetup menu and make sure that the camera clock is set to the correcttime and date (0 290).Use of a tripod is recommended. Mount the camera on a tripod beforeshooting begins. To ensure that shooting is not interrupted, be surethe camera battery is fully charged. If in doubt, charge the batterybefore use or use an AC adapter and power connector (availableseparately).
