MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTYThis Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not affectyour legal (statutory) rights under your applicable nationallaws relating to the sale of consumer products.Nokia Corporation (“Nokia”) provides this Limited Warrantyto person who has purchased the Nokia product(s) includedin the sales package (“Product”).Nokia warrants to you that during the warranty period Nokiaor a Nokia authorised service company will in a commerciallyreasonable time remedy defects in materials, design andworkmanship free of charge by repairing or, should Nokia inits absolute discretion deem it necessary, replacing theProduct in accordance with this Limited Warranty (unlessotherwise required by law). This Limited Warranty is onlyvalid and enforceable in the country where you havepurchased the Product provided that it is intended for sale inthat country.Warranty periodThe warranty period starts at the time of Product's originalpurchase by the first end-user. The Product may consist ofseveral different parts and different parts may be covered bya different warranty period (hereinafter “Warranty Period”).The different Warranty Periods are:a) twelve (12) months for the mobile device and accessories(whether included in the mobile device sales package or soldseparately) other than the consumable parts and accessorieslisted in (b) and (c) below;b) six (6) months for the following consumable parts andaccessories: batteries, chargers, desk stands, headsets,cables and covers; andc) ninety (90) days for the media on which any software isprovided, for example, CD-ROM or memory cardAs far as your national laws permit, the Warranty Period willnot be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due tosubsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Product.However, repaired part(s) will be warranted for theremainder of the original Warranty Period or for sixty (60)days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.How to get warrantyserviceIf you wish to make a claim under the Limited Warranty, youmay call the Nokia call centre (where this is available andplease note national rates apply to calls) and/or wherenecessary, return your Product or the affected part (if it is not© 2007 Nokia.
