Sending options for multimediamessagesSelect New message > Multimedia message >Options > Sending options and from the followingoptions:• Receive report — Select Yes if you want to receive anotification when the message has been successfullydelivered to the recipient. Receiving a delivery report of amultimedia message that has been sent to an e-mailaddress may not be possible.• Message validity — Select how long the messagingcentre tries to send the message. If the recipient of amessage cannot be reached within the validity period, themessage is removed from the multimedia messagingcentre. The network must support this feature. Maximumtime is the maximum amount of time allowed by thenetwork.Special message typesSelect Menu > Messaging.You can receive special messages that contain data, such asoperator logos, ringing tones, bookmarks, or internet accessor e-mail account settings.To save the contents of these messages, select Options >Save.Service messagesService messages are sent to your device by service providers.Service messages may contain notifications such as newsheadlines, services, or links through which the messagecontent can be downloaded.To define the service message settings, select Options >Settings > Service message.To download the service or message content, selectOptions > Download message.To view information about the sender, web address,expiration date, and other details of the message beforedownloading it, select Options > Message details.Send service commandsYou can send a service request message (also known as aUSSD command) to your service provider and requestactivation for certain network services.
