Press Options during a callfor some of the following options:Mute or Unmute, End call, End allcalls, Phone book, Menu and Hold orUnhold, New call, Conference,Private, Answer and Reject.Lock keypad to activate the keypadlock.Send DTMF to send DTMF tonestrings, for example, passwords orbank account numbers. Key in theDTMF string or search for it in thephone book and press OK. Note thatyou can key in the wait character wand the pause character p byrepeatedly pressing .Swap to switch between the activecall and the call on hold, Transfer toconnect a call on hold to an activecall, and disconnect yourself fromthe calls.LoudspeakerYou can use your phone as aloudspeaker during a call. Do nothold the phone to your ear duringloudspeaker operation.• To activate the loudspeaker, pressOptions and select Loudspeaker,or press Loudsp., if available.• To deactivate the loudspeakerduring a call, press Options andselect Handset, or pressHandset, if available.If you have connected thehandsfree unit CARK126 or theheadset to the phone, Handset inthe options list is replaced withHandsfree or Headset and theselection key Handset withHandsfr. or Headset,respectively.The loudspeaker is automaticallydeactivated when you end thecall or call attempt or connectthe handsfree unit or headset tothe phone.Using the loudspeaker with theradio, see ”Using the radio” on page45.
