Do not switch thephone on when wirelessphone use is prohibited orwhen it may causeinterference or danger.You can access various WAP servicessuch as banking, news, weatherreports and flight times. Theseservices are specially designed formobile phones and they aremaintained by WAP serviceproviders.Check the availability of WAPservices, pricing and tariffs with yournetwork operator and/or the serviceprovider whose service you wish touse. Service providers will also giveyou instructions on how to use theirservices.The WAP services use Wireless Mark-Up Language (WML) on their WAPpages. Internet web pages cannot beviewed on your phone.Basic steps for accessing andusing WAP services1. Save the service settings that areneeded to access the WAP servicethat you want to use. See page62.2. Make a connection to the givenWAP service. See page 60.3. Start browsing the pages of theWAP service. See page 60.4. Once you are finished browsing,end the connection to the WAPservice. See page 61.Setting up the phone for aWAP serviceYou may receive the service settingsas a text message from the networkoperator or service provider thatoffers the WAP service that youwant to use. For more information,contact your network operator orservice provider.You can also key in the settingsmanually or add and edit thesettings with PC Suite.
