Web60Connection securityIf the security indicator is displayed during a connection,the data transmission between the device and the Internetgateway or server is encrypted.The security icon does not indicate that the data transmissionbetween the gateway and the content server (or placewhere the requested resource is stored) is secure. Theservice provider secures the data transmission betweenthe gateway and the content server.Select Options > Details > Security to view details aboutthe connection, encryptions status, and information aboutserver and user authentication.Security features may be required for some services, such asbanking services. For such connections you need securitycertificates. For more information, contact your serviceprovider. See also “Certificate management," p. 89.BrowseOn a browser page, new links appear underlined in blueand previously visited links in purple. Images that act aslinks have a blue border around them.To open a link, to check boxes, and make selections, pressthe scroll key.To go to the previous page while browsing, select Back.If Back is not available, select Options > Navigationoptions > History to view a chronological list of the pagesyou have visited during a browse session. The history list iscleared each time a session is closed.To retrieve the latest content from the server, selectOptions > Navigation options > Reload.To save a bookmark, select Options > Save as bookmark.Tip! To access the pages later, scroll right in thebookmarks view to open the Saved pages view.To enter a new URL address, select Options > Navigationoptions > Go to web address.To open a sublist of commands or actions for the currentlyopen page, select Options > Service options.You can download items such as ringing tones, images,operator logos, themes, and video clips.
