A cache is a buffermemory, which is used to store datatemporarily. To empty the cache:• while browsing, press Optionsand select Other options andClear the cache, or• in standby mode, press Menu andselect Services and Clear thecache.Browser securitySecurity features may be requiredfor some services, such as bankingservices or shopping on a site. Forsuch connections you need securitycertificates and possibly a securitymodule, which may be available onyour SIM card. For more information,contact your service provider.Security moduleThe security module can containcertificates as well as private andpublic keys. The security module mayimprove the security services forapplications requiring browserconnection, and allows you to use adigital signature. The certificates aresaved in the security module by theservice provider.Press Menu and select Services,Settings, Security settings andSecurity module settings. Select• Security module details to showthe security module title, itsstatus, manufacturer and serialnumber.• Module PIN request to set thephone to ask for the module PINwhen using services that areprovided by the security module.Key in the code and select On. Todisable the module PIN request,select Off.
