When you block access to a Web site, a message appearsnotifying the user that access has been blocked (refer to “Blocking Web siteaccess” on page 229). However, if the user’s local cache was enabled whenthe user accessed the Web site the first time, the Web entries are still in thelocal cache and the user can view them. If the user’s local cache was disabledwhen the user accessed the site, the message is displayed immediately.Connecting to the Instant Internet unit with a WebbrowserUsing Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can configure andmanage all Web proxy and caching functions for the Instant Internet unit.Before you can use a Web browser to manage Web cache options or configuresystem files, you must enable the Instant Internet unit as a Web proxy and enableWeb configuration. You must also configure each workstation to use the InstantInternet unit as the Web proxy server.
