120Disabling of Auto Paper SelectionThis setting is used to disable the Auto PaperSelection function.When this setting is enabled, automatic selection ofpaper that is the same size as the original on thedocument glass or in the automatic document feederdoes not take place.To enable this setting, select the checkbox andtouch the [OK] key.Printer settingsProhibit Notice Page PrintingThis setting is used to disable printing of noticepages.To enable this setting, select the checkbox andtouch the [OK] key.Prohibit Test Page PrintingThis setting is used to disable printing of test pages.When this setting is enabled, "Printer Test Page" inthe system settings cannot be used to print testpages.To enable this setting, select the checkbox andtouch the [OK] key.Exclude Bypass-Tray from Auto PaperSelectWhen paper selection is set to auto, this settingexcludes the bypass tray from the trays that can beselected. It is recommended that you enable thissetting when special paper is frequently loaded in thebypass tray.To enable this setting, select the checkbox andtouch the [OK] key.Image Send SettingsDisable Switching of Display OrderThis is used to prohibit changes to the order of display(order search number, ascending, descending) in theAddress Book.When this setting is enabled, touching a tab on theAddress Book screen does not change the order. Thecurrently selected display order will be the order thatis used after the setting is selected.To enable this setting, select the checkbox andtouch the [OK] key.Disable Scan FunctionThis is used to disable PC scan and USB memoryscan.When these modes are disabled, they are grayed outwhen the mode is selected in the base screen.Select the checkboxes of the modes that youwish to disable and touch the [OK] key.Settings to Disable the Registration ofDestinationThis is used to prohibit the storing of destinations.Storing from the machine, storing from the Web page,and storing from a computer can each be separatelyprohibited.Disable Registering Destination from OperationPanelDisables address control from the machine.To use this setting, select the desired items andtouch the [OK] key.• Group• E-mail• Internet Fax• Fax(When the [Select/Cancel All] key is touched, allsettings become .
