86Favorite Operation GroupRegistrationA group of customized settings can be stored for eachuser. For example, a user who speaks a differentlanguage would normally have to change the displaylanguage each time he or she uses the machine;however, by storing the language in a favorite operationgroup, the language is automatically selected when theuser logs in.The customized settings of each user are specified byselecting one of these stored groups when the user isstored.Up to 8 groups can be stored.1 Select a group that is blank.2 Touch the [Group Name] key and enter agroup name.Up to 32 characters can be entered for the name. Afteryou have entered the name, touch the [OK] key.3 Touch the items and specify thesettings.For more information on the settings, see "Items stored infavorite operation groups" (page 87).4 Touch the [OK] key.1 Select a stored group.2 Edit or delete the group.To edit(A) Touch the desired items and edit them in the sameway as they were stored. When finished, touch the[OK] key.To delete(B) Touch the [Return to the Defaults] key. A message willappear. Touch the [Yes] key.
